Oxford Alumni Online allows you to stay in touch with your University, your college and other Oxonians. For further information about Oxford Alumni Online please see the About this site page.

All use of the site is governed by the University’s terms and conditions of use of the website which can be accessed at www.ox.ac.uk/copyright.html.

In addition to those terms of use you are obliged to comply with the Privacy Policy and the following requirements:

  1. No part of this website or the information available upon it (including, without limitation, other Users’ email addresses) may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without the University’s prior written permission.
  2. Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our Privacy policy, any material you transmit or post to the website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. The University shall have no obligations with respect to such material. The University and its designees shall be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.  
  3. You may not misuse the website (including, without limitation, by hacking). 
  4. Links to third party websites on Oxford Alumni Online are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave our website. The University has not reviewed all of these third party websites and does not control and is not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. The University therefore does not endorse or make any representations about them, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to on Oxford Alumni Online, you do so entirely at your own risk. 
  5. Each registration is for a single user only. The University does not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
  6. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you.  
  7. You may not send or otherwise post unauthorised commercial information on Oxford Alumni Online.
  8. You may not use the information provided on Oxford Alumni Online to engage in any type of marketing or commercial activity.

  10. Some of the information on our website is in Portable Document Format (PDF). You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read PDF files. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe website. Later versions of this software provide a number of features that improve access for users.
